Founded in 1946, the fund is the third largest Taft-Hartley pension fund in the U.S. with almost $10 billion in net assets and an investment grade issuer rating of A3 from Moody's. Designing The Aberdeen’s impressive building is local firm, Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart. This internationally established design firm specializes in innovative, professional services for an array of projects with an ongoing commitment to quality, design, and service. Todd Staider is a well known name in residential design. Numerous awards and accolades have been bestowed upon him for his exceptional design for luxury homes.
